JPH supports community members experiencing anxiety by introducing them to various modalities and skills to manage and alleviate anxiety. The JPH monthly anxiety support group focuses on different modalities of holistic and traditional wellness to help cope with and manage this complex issue.
Holistic programs that integrate mindfulness and meditation can profoundly ease anxiety by nurturing a sense of inner calm and presence. These practices guide individuals to observe their thoughts and feelings with kindness, helping them break free from the cycle of worry and stress.
