Weather Permitting
Join our Grounding Specialists at JPH for a relaxing meditation and grounding session on the rivers edge during sunset.
Earthing and grounding can be beneficial for mindfulness because it encourages a direct connection with the Earth, promoting a sense of presence and awareness in the moment.
As a society, we spend an excessive amount of time indoors or engaged with technology, leading to a disconnect from natural environments. This detachment can contribute to stress, decreased mental well-being and a diminished sense of environmental stewardship.

The JPH community plans with a purpose be it a wellness event, a music event, community dinner, fundraiser, or volunteer weekend.
Events at JPH bring community to come together to celebrate, spend time together to socialize, work on their healing or to just be in a peaceful and natural setting.
When our event planning team creates a new event the first question, they ask themselves is, does this encourage our community to connect? From there we work with our volunteers to create events that connect, inspire, and elevate our community. Sign up to volunteer.
Breaking bread together is a deep-rooted tradition in most cultures. Our food is prepared, served, and eaten by our community. The sharing of community meals is embedded in the JPH culture. We bond, laugh, and share through this family style activity.
Collective creativity is the core of our community events. We infuse music, nature, and art into all we do. Community members form teams to create event designs and themes, develop the concepts for entertainment and we all work together to bring to life inspiring experiences for all to enjoy.
The experiences we create and share together as a community give us opportunities to gather, commune and celebrate our collective efforts and our beautiful community. These gatherings bring people together from all walks of our center and give members an opportunity to blend together.
