Project based team building
Social responsibility is increasingly important to employees. It is often part of their decision to work for an organization that has their same values. JPH at Ferry Hill Center has opportunities for businesses to share the unique talents of their employees to help maintain and improve this beautiful property during a Corporate Day of Service. Your employees will bond in a way that's not possible at the office and they will see a commitment of giving back being embedded into your company's culture. A Day of Service benefits companies and employees by improving employee purpose, which helps attract and retain talent.
A Day of Service can be a full or half day and could involve projects such as:
- Beautification of the Ferry Hill grounds
- Small building projects
- Organizing donations or drives to help those in need
