The Renato Perfetti Beautification Project

The Renato Perfetti Beautification Project is in memory of a young man from Marshfield who lost his courageous battle with addiction on December 18th, 2014 at the age of 35. Renato was a beloved son, brother, father and friend to many. Renato's passion was working outside as a landscaper and stone mason on the South Shore. His designs were truly beautiful and were a representation of his talent and his love for his craft. Beyond his work, Renato loved his home town and most especially summers in Humarock. It was his happy place.   

JPH at Ferry Hill is the perfect place to honor his life. Some of Renato's first steps were taken on the old barn floor in his walker as his mother took classes and his first swimming strokes taken in the pool back when the property was formally owned by the YWCA.

The goal of Renato's project is to create a beautiful healing landscape that can provide peace and serenity for others in need. Funds raised will contribute to the restoration and beautification of the grounds. Your support will help to honor a beautiful young man who endured tremendous hardship but still shined his love and light. It will also help to create gardening and horticulture projects and programs that will help others in need to find connection to the outdoors and to Renato's happy place.
