Summer Camp

Enrollment Begins:

Enrollment for Summer 2025 for new and returning families will begin on Monday, February 10th at 8:00 am. Please see link to our registration site below. 

• Camp Grades: Kindergarten to 7th Grade
• Camper must be age 5 on or before August 31, 2025
• Counselor in Training program is for rising 8th graders and up
•  The camp day begins at 9 am and ends at 3 pm, Monday to Friday (with the exception of our first week as we are off for July 4th)

We are excited to announce our 2025 summer camp season dates, themes and details for JPH Organization at Ferry Hill. Join us for an unforgettable summer camp experience at JPH at Ferry Hill, where we embrace an unplugged and natural environment along the pristine South River. With 60 years of history, our camp is built on beautiful traditions of community, friendship, and wholesome activities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for children to thrive.

 Weekly Camp Fee:

Week 1 $375.00 (4 days)

Week 2 through 7 $400.00 (each)

• A 50% deposit is required upon registration. The balance is due by May 31, 2025. Payment plans are available and listed on JPH’s Active site (to be launched upon registration dates).
• A sibling discount is provided for families registering their 3rd child and more. The discount is $50 per child per week for 3rd child or more.
• A 100% refund is given with cancellation prior to May 31, 2025, minus a $25 administration fee per week cancelled. 
• A 50% refund is given for cancellations from June 1, 2025 to June 27, 2025, minus a $25 administration fee per week cancelled.
• Cancellations after June 27, 2025 do not receive a refund unless we are able to fill your child’s spot. A 50% refund will be given the spot is filled. Please note it is difficult to fill spots as the summer progresses as children tend to be scheduled in other activities. 
• Cancellations must be received in writing via email to camp@jphcommunity.org (voicemails are not valid for cancellation).

Camp Got Talent 

Early Care Program:

Week 1- Monday through Thursday

● 8 am to 9 am

● $80.00

● Week 2 through 7

● 8 am to 9 am

● $100 each week

Beginner Swimming Lessons:

7/7/2025 to 7/17/2025

Monday through Thursday (8 total lessons) led by certified lifeguards. Focus on basics for beginners from entering the pool, to breathing, to going underwater, floating and basic swim. Lifeguards will adapt to swimmers ability after day 1 assessment.

● 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm

● Fridays reserved for make up due to weather conditions

● Campers will be escorted to the pool for lessons

● Kids not attending camp may be dropped off prior to lesson start

Counselor-in-Training Program (CIT):

This program is all about helping your kid become a great leader, mentor, and role model for younger kids. As a CIT, they will learn important skills to help them build confidence, work with others, and make a difference.

CIT Training Focus:

• Being a Leader: Learn how to guide and inspire others by setting a good example and helping your group succeed.

• Staying Organized: Learn how to plan fun activities, keep things running smoothly, and manage your time well.

• Solving Problems: Learn how to recognize disagreements, fix problems, and help everyone work together.

• Creating Activities: Participate in designing and leading games, crafts, and other fun things kids will love.

• Taking Care of Others: Learn how to notice when someone might need help or support and how to create a safe and happy environment for everyone.

• Asking for Help: Learn to recognize when you need advice or support from a JPH staff member or counselor.

• Growing Yourself: A focus on growth as a person by learning new skills, building confidence, and becoming the best version of yourself.

The program is a 2-year program (CIT 1 and CIT 2). Orientation is one week and the registered CIT receives two additional weeks to train and practice and learn while working with the groups and rotations under the supervision of a JPH staff member and counselors.

Program Fee: $475

Includes Orientation and 2 additional weeks.

Supplemental weeks are offered and fees are listed in ACTIVE upon registration.
